Leadership Series
The 2008 Leadership Series, Making the Case for Population Health: A Leader’s Guide to Addressing the Root Causes of Health, is a three-part teleconference series that will be held August through October 2008. PHLS will convene experts from the national, state, and local levels to share their work and experience in addressing health disparities and social determinants of health. This years’ series will be moderated by Dr. Maureen Lichtveld.
